PMCG, as part of the consortium led by Tetra Tech ARD, in the USAID-funded program “Good Governance Initiative (GGI)”, assisted the legal drafting team of the Civil Service Bureau of Georgia in the adoption of the Law of Georgia on Remuneration in Public Institutions.
The main objective of the project is to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of the project by: rendering assistance to the PIU and the lead municipality in the implementation of the Project, including project and financial management systems, environmental, health and safety and social (EHSS) management systems, review of design and all aspects of contract tender, evaluation and contract supervision;
The USAID-funded Advancing Kosovo Together (AKT) program is a three-year activity aimed to increase constructive inter-ethnic cooperation and interaction, particularly between majority and minority populations, and represents a vital contribution to security and stability in the Balkans. The program is focused on fostering positive and constructive inter-ethnic cooperation between the majority and minority communities in addressing common problems of unemployment, social needs, and municipal services.

The main objective of the project is to assist Kutaisi City municipality in developing a long term vision and mission of the city, identifying potential priority directions for economic development and developing projects to be implemented under each priority directions.
PMCG, as part of the consortium led by Tetra Tech ARD, and within the USAID-funded program “Good Governance Initiative (GGI)”, is providing support to the Cash Management and Projection Department (CMPD) of the State Treasury to identify points in the cash management process where steps can be automated and/or interactions are required with other information technology (IT) systems (systems both internal to the Treasury Information System (TIS) and systems external to it).

PMCG, under the consortium led by Tetra Tech ARD, provides support to the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs (MoLHSA) in increasing the capacity of Information Technology unit. The objective of this assignment is to assist MoLHSA to estimate the level of effort required to effectively implement a national health information system and a national eHealth strategy as well as to assess the functionality of the current Health Management Information System (HMIS) modules integrated into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
