The project by European Commission (EC) and implemented by PMCG, together with IBF International Consulting, will assist the Government of Georgia (GoG) to deepen its integration with the European Union in line with the priorities set out in the Association Agreement (AA) and in the Association Agenda.
The main objective of the project is to enhance the capacity of the centers of excellence (CoEs) secretariats in Morocco, Kenya and Georgia in the field of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) risk mitigation. The project is designed to increase local ownership and strengthen regional cooperation against CBRN-related threats.
The study was prepared by PMC Research Center with the professors of China’s University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.
PMCG, in cooperation with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP UK (PwC) (lead), Lucid Linx (BiH), Expert Group (Moldova) and The European Policy Centre (CEP) (Serbia), will support a series of governance and economic reform initiatives in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
PMCG, as part of the consortium led by Tetra Tech ARD, is providing support to the Parliament of Georgia in developing the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee Action Plan for 2015-2016. The main objective of the project is to support select parliamentary committees to better perform their oversight functions, as well as improve their policy development and lawmaking capabilities.
The project aims to promote economic reform in Belarus by sharing the experiences of V4 countries and Georgia.
PMCG, together with Linpico, a French development and consulting company, will support the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in the integration of HR and payroll software automation. The assignment will be implemented under the public management modernization project (PFMMP), financed by World Bank.
PMCG, as part of a consortium led by Tetra Tech ARD, is providing support to the Civil Service Bureau in effective Human Resource Management. The objective of this assignment is to support the Civil Service Bureau of Georgia to design and implement a Training of Trainers (ToT) program with the aim of formulating uniform and standardized job descriptions for all civil service positions in local government institutions.
The objective of the project is to develop succinct assessments of non-technical, political economy factors influencing achievements and prospects of public financial management (PFM) reforms in Georgia, with a particular focus on institutional and political relations and also the role of development partners and other external advisers, as well as the role played by civil society.
PMC Research Center with the financial support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation is implementing the second phase of the project “Public Policy Discourse Panel: Policy Research for Sustainable Economic Development.”
