The project is designed to support the Ministry of Finance of Georgia (MoF) to improve and institutionalize public investment management (PIM) methodology, covering the processes of project screening, pre-selection, project appraisal, project selection, budgeting, project implementation, monitoring and ex-post evaluations.
The project is designed to support the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia (MoESCS) in the implementation of Short-Cycle Educational Programs (SCEPs) in the Georgian education system. The main goal of the project is to develop an alternative educational path through the implementation of SCEPs providing a bridge between the fifth and sixth levels of education. After completing SCEPs, students will be able to continue their studies in bachelor’s programs as the VET programs will be linked to higher education programs and will create rewarding career development paths for individuals.

PMC Research is working on a country note on the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) in the South Caucasus (Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan) under the Emerging Markets Forum project on the BRI.
The aim of the project is to study the impact of the BRI on the countries of Central Asia and the South Caucasus (CASC) and ascertain how these countries individually and through regional cooperative efforts can maximize the benefits of the BRI and manage any potential risks.
PMCG is working on the World Bank’s Human Capital Project in order to support the Government of Georgia to prioritize human capital development in a sustainable way. Georgia is listed as an “Early Adopter” of this World Bank initiative, which aims to develop a Human Capital Index (HCI) in order to advocate for investment in the human capital of future generations.
