PMCG recently started the implementation of an accompanying measures consultancy service, as part of the ISWM program II for two regions of Georgia, namely Kakheti and Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti. This project concerns the final evaluation of the “Communicating Europe in Ukraine” (CEIU) project, with a focus on Eastern regions of Ukraine and the assessment of achievements recorded. In particular, the evaluation will serve to measure the performance of the CEIU, its enabling factors and those hampering a proper delivery of results in order to adjust its design, as well as to inform the planning of future EU interventions and actions in the same sector.
The overall objective of the project is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of two main municipal services: cleaning of streets, parks, public gardens and other public areas; and municipal waste management.
The project is being implemented as part of the UNDP project entitled “Modernization of Vocational Education and Training (VET) System Related to Agriculture in Georgia (VET Phase 2)” that aims to support the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport (MoESCS) in the implementation of the newly-adopted law on vocational education and training (VET).
