  The year of 2019 proved to be a busy one, with opportunities grasped and challenges overcome. We implemented various interesting projects, each of which made a telling impact. Meanwhile, as existing partnerships were strengthened, we established exciting new ones as well. Specifically, we made notable strides forward in Ukraine where we increased our representation and intensified our work. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, our excellent team has been complemented by the addition of new people with diverse and invaluable expertise.

PMC Research elaborated a report in order to prioritize community problems in Mestia municipality through the analysis of central and local government competences. The study was conducted as part of the project “Support to the Development of Livelihoods in Disadvantaged Rural Regions of Georgia – Mestia/Samegrelo - Upper Svaneti Region,” which is funded by the European Union with co-funding from the Austrian Development Cooperation and is being implemented by Care Austria (CARE), in collaboration with PMC Research.
Local Development Strategy for Mestia Municipality 2020-2024, developed in 2019 by the Business, Public and Civil Sector of Zemo Svaneti with the assistance of PMC Research. The strategy was elaborated as part of the project “Support to the Development of Livelihoods in Disadvantaged Rural Regions of Georgia – Mestia/Samegrelo - Upper Svaneti Region,” which is funded by the European Union with co-funding from the Austrian Development Cooperation and is being implemented by Care Austria (CARE), in collaboration with PMC Research.
The purpose of the research is to study the nature and aims of Russian propaganda and disinformation campaign in Georgia and the steps taken by the state and civil society organizations in response.
The following research discusses the New Peace Initiative entitled “A Step to A Better Future,” launched in April 2018 by the Government of Georgia.
The research report aims to identify functional regions in Kakheti, Georgia and analyze the most competitive subsectors in each of the regions.
Publication provides an overview of how the initiative could advance relations between China and the three countries of the South Caucasus, namely Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. The publication also sketched out the dynamics of the BRI related to transport connectivity, bilateral trade and foreign direct investment.
